Hi.

I believe so. Green tea is a great way to increase the speed of your metabolism. This means that it makes your body work faster when it is burning fat and deconstructing the food you eat.

But it cannot work on its own. Sorry about that. Healthier food and some exercise is required. But it does mean that the fat in the food you eat is dissolved faster.

    It depends. Are you drinking green tea now "instead" of Mountain dew? Perhaps.

    Are you lacing your green tea with 10 sugar cubes and drinking it all day? Maybe not.

    i think research has shown that it can speed up your metabolism a bit. but i would say you would have to watch what you eat as well.
