PostHeaderIcon does chinese green tea have caffeine in it?

if it does what is a tasty alternative?

The taste from regular tea and decaffeinated tea hummm.
Best way to describe it is Cola,YES soda. Regular soda taste good but the sugar free one taste okay but it seem like its missing something.

Hope this help if not buy both and try it out.

Yes it does have caffeine in it. Unless it specifically states caffeine free. And, Depending on the amount of time used to brew the tea it might even contain more then coffee

It has, but a lot less than coffee. It’s also very good for you as the anti-oxidants in it help prevent cancer. Here’s an article I found for you - it’s a bit high in technical words, but tells you the benefits of green tea.

All real tea naturally has caffeine, although the levels vary and are notoriously hard to predict. If you can’t have caffeine, there are decaffeinated teas (though they seem to have a lot more success with black tea) and Japanese houji(kuki)cha tea which is the lowest-caffeine tea because it is roasted.
