hey guys, I need … hey guys, I need some help. I’ve just started learning to prepare matcha but I always end up with a tea that just tastes like lukewarm grassy water. The tea I use is Maeda-en shiki matcha. I don’t know if I’m using too much water or if my water is too cold or if I’m whisking it too much so that too much heat is lost…but the finished product always has very little tea taste. I’ve tasted match made by others before and it doesn’t taste like that. any ideas?
