-SOME DETAILS FROM VIDEO (not all! watch for the rest!)-
*Drink tea under 65C/149F to reduce the chance of esophageal (throat) cancer by 8-fold. So, wait a few mins before sipping your brew. =)
*Brew and chill green tea, soak with cotton balls (or chill actual tea bags), and put on eyes for 10 - 15 mins.
*Mask: Mix 1 tbsp (i accidentally said “tsp” in the vid) of powdered green tea with an egg white and 1 tsp. of pure honey. Whip them together (fork, chopsticks, etc.). Apply and leave on for about 30 mins. Rinse off, apply moisturizer.
*Green tea & almond scrub: Mix 1/3 cup of finely ground almonds with 1/3 cup of wheat bran. Stir it into 1 cup of hot green tea. Stir in 1 tbsp (again, i said “tsp” in the vid. i don’t cook so i’m not accustomed to these abbreviations, haha) of olive oil and massage scrub into dry areas. Rinse off with warm water, apply moisturizer.

How I try to be healthy, haha. I’m 5′8.5″, 174cm, a bit over 120 lbs, or around 55kg. I’m trying to lose a few more lbs.
Tips:
- Drink a glass of hot water or lemon water first thing in the morning to flush out system
- Always eat breakfast, eat your carbs in the morning
- Spread out meals into 6 small meals a day
- No sugar or carbs for dinner, low salt for dinner
- No eating 4 hours before bed time
- Watch your sauces, creamy sauces are high in calories
- Dinner should be the smallest meal
- Count your calories, I stick to around or under 1000 a day on the weekdays when I’m trying to lose weight
- You don’t need 2000 calories if all you do is sit around
- Exercise
Foods in my regular diet:
Apples, other fruits, plain oatmeal, fat free yogurt, coffee (with cream only), unsalted mixed nuts, egg, vegetables, baby carrots, celery, rotisserie or grilled chicken, tomato soup, green tea, dark chocolate, tuna
Foods I never/rarely eat:
Juices (bottled), soda, artificial drinks, pizza, cheese, burgers, hot dogs, fried food, cake, cookies, sweets, chips, salty snacks, ice cream, bread
My favorite foods:
Hot pot, sukiyaki, shabu shabu, Korean BBQ, Taiwanese food, steak, ribs

Veganism and Your Health: Why Going Vegan May Save Your Life
I read The China Study (Dr. T. Colin Campbell) a few weeks ago, and this has prompted me to go 100% vegan for health reasons. I had already adopted a meat-reduced diet, and other than eating cheese on occasion, I never ate dairy. But the overwhelming evidence, found not just in The China Study, but in the work of Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Dr. John McDougall, and many, many others have made me realize that a pure vegan diet is the optimal choice for health and disease prevention.
This has nothing to do with ethics for me. I ate meat and eggs before from smaller, organic farms, not from large, factory slaughterhouses.
This has nothing to do with “hokey” unsubstantiated claims from obscure doctors and research articles. My focus is on facts and science, not on imaginary health problems or spiritual issues.
I plan to delve deep into the issues and the research and present them to anyone interested in learning more about this, or adopting this lifestyle for themselves.
In the end, I think the evidence will be overwhelming that veganism prevents and cures heart diseases, cancers, and numerous other ailments that North American are stricken with.
